Saint Louis Park, MN, August 18, 2020 – Inc. Magazine recently published its 2020 Inc. 5000 list, a ranking of the fastest-growing companies in the United States. Call center advisory firm Outsource Consultants, LLC appears on the list for the second year in a row at #1751 overall and #169 in the Midwest, due to an impressive 244% 3-year growth rate.
“There’s no question that the last few months have included challenges and uncertainties for our company, for the BPO industry, and the world. Making the Inc. 5000 list for a second time is a powerful reminder that in spite of the disruption, as a company we are as strong as ever. I think this makes us more motivated than ever to continue to do our best work and support our clients, especially those that have been greatly affected by the events of 2020,” says Outsource Consultants President Corey Kotlarz.
Not only have the companies on the 2020 Inc. 5000 been very competitive within their markets, but the list as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists as well. The 2020 Inc. 5000 achieved an incredible three-year average growth of over 500 percent and a median rate of 165 percent. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $209 billion in 2019, accounting for over 1 million jobs over the past three years.
“The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 come from nearly every realm of business,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “From health and software to media and hospitality, the 2020 list proves that no matter the sector, incredible growth is based on the foundations of tenacity and opportunism.”
