With a background spanning managed BPO operations worldwide, strategic alliances, and CX technology, Joe brings broad partnership and innovation leadership experience from organizations including NiCE, Xerox, and Conduent. His global perspective includes years developing international services locations and time spent living in Chile, where he taught computer science.
