Outsource Consultants is an INC5000 award-winning company that is looking for an in-house Sales Operations and Reporting Analyst to join our rapidly growing company! This position is an add to staff as the company’s primary sales reporting analyst to work directly with the Sales and Operations departments to achieve the company vision of having accurate and actionable reporting and visualizations for Sales and company leadership.

This role requires you to be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving start-up-like environment. You will build and standardize various core sales and operations reporting processes, including but not limited to, lead segmentation & modeling, forecasting, pipeline management, sales activity tracking and performance reporting

The Sales Operations and Reporting Analyst will be a subject matter expert in defining sales KPIs and building associated data extracts and reporting using Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics as the primary platforms to building and delivering results.

Position Title: Sales Operations and Reporting Analyst
Department: Outsource Consultants Operations Department
Reports to: VP of Operations
Location: Colorado or Minnesota – Remote Position, but needs the flexibility to travel and meet with team members in both states
Status: Full-Time; Exempt
Pay: $70,000 – $75,000; DOQ

Position Overview: This position serves as the company’s primary Sales Operations and Reporting Analyst. The goal of this role is to define, develop, and manage the portfolio of KPIs, Reports, and Data to drive accurate, visual, and actionable insights for the Sales and Leadership teams at Outsource Consultants.

Responsibilities

90% Reporting Creation and Management:

  • Provide reporting and analytics support to primarily the Sales and Admin teams, others upon request
  • Collaborate with our sales leaders to analyze data relationships, identify trends, and uncover both predictive and prescriptive findings
  • Schedule and lead meetings to collect, probe, and clarify reporting and dashboard requirements and goals
  • Assist with yearly and periodic sales planning activities, including, but not limited to collecting and cleansing/enriching account and prospect data, identifying account potential across segments and industries, and developing a planning models to assist with strategic and capacity planning
  • Develop scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to assist with management of the Sales and Admin teams, as well as corporate operational reviews of Sales performance
  • Maintain data integrity and up to date company inventory of standard reports and dashboards
  • Partner with other cross-functional groups including, but not limited to BPO, Cloud, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the integrity of data across platforms and functions
  • Provide technical support to assist with automation of data-driven processes
  • Assist operations leadership with process definitions, process documentation, execution and operational issue analysis
  • Monitor Zoho data quality and run cleanup projects as necessary to ensure data integrity
  • Create, update, and maintain relevant working tools, such as documentation, related to all job responsibilities and reports and dashboards created meeting company standards

10% Miscellaneous:

  • Test new enhancements to ensure they meet requirements
  • Communicate role and department needs to accommodate business growth and proactively initiate next steps with manager
  • Monitor data quality and run cleanup projects as necessary to ensure data integrity
  • Learn, follow, and monitor current processes to carry out responsibilities and also provide recommendations for improvements based on industry experience and client feedback
  • Scan, send, and file documents as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized office and working space
  • Travel less than 5%

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in data analytics and sales operations
  • 5+ years experience working directly with Sales, Sales operations, or Field Sales leaders; possesses advanced knowledge of sales processes
  • 5+ years experience with either Javascript or Python and PHP
  • 5+ years of SQL Experience
  • 3+ years experience with Zoho CRM or a highly similar CRM platform such as Salesforce and their reporting capabilities (Zoho CRM Preferred)
  • 3+ years experience with Zoho Analytics, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or related Business Intelligence (BI) software tools (Zoho Analytics Preferred)
  • 3+ year experience with business and data analysis, sales planning activities, including target account market analysis, territory analysis, segment analysis, capacity planning, lead scoring, quota allocation, and activity reporting
  • 1+ years experience with Deluge
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and accountability
  • Collegiate level skill set demonstrated in proofreading, spelling, grammar and overall proficiency in business professional listening, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products

Education:

  • BS or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar field preferred or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, sitting and walking
  • A moderate level of bending and lifting may be required up to 25 pounds
