CRM Developer

This position has been filled.

This position serves as the company’s primary Developer for all applications. The goal of this role is to bring well thought out solutions to user objectives, accurately write complex custom workflows, implement system automation, update data, and create analytical reports and dashboards. In addition, this individual must demonstrate our company core values, they are; Integrity, Teamwork & Partnership, and Customer Satisfaction.

Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Pay: DOQ – hourly plus bonus

*currently remote as during COVID-19, all staff is working from home, with the option to work in the office. Should an employee want to go into the office from time to time, there is a detailed protocol to follow in place.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in a business professional and services related environment
  • 1+ years of agile methodology or development experience highly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working remotely
  • 3-5+ years of experience programming as a back-end developer (full-stack experience is a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience with either JavaScript or Python and PHP
  • 2+ years of SQL Experience

Responsibilities

80% Development:

  • Architect and develop using code and native workflows for Quarterly/Long-term development/automation projects related to internal and external users.
  • Work with the Director of Project Management and Business Analyst to complete in depth automation and efficiency improvement projects and processes
  • Work with team members to review and analyze CRM requirements and enhance/fix existing functionality.
  • Design and implement Zoho integration with external applications as needed.
  • Manage workflows and functions as well as API calls.
  • Create and edit reports in Analytics using Deluge, SQL, etc.
  • Provide day-to-day technical and non-technical feedback and support to the Operations team as well as the organization as a whole, as needed.
  • Work with contracted developers to complete projects or smaller initiatives.
  • Assist with and implement automated testing/manual testing on all products.
  • Analyze the user experience and work with the team to deliver on automated and workflow related user improvements.
  • Be an active participant in leading demos and reviewing functionality and requirements with the team.

20% Miscellaneous:

  • Refine and provide feedback on business requirements.
  • Test new enhancements in CRM to ensure they meet department requirements.
  • Communicate department growth needs and proactively initiate next steps.
  • Learn, follow, and monitor current processes to carry out responsibilities and also provide recommendations for improvements based on industry experience and client feedback.
  • Document technical solutions and ensure documentation meets company standards.
  • Scan, send, and file documents as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office and working space.

Experience & Competencies

General Experience:

  • 2+ years working in a business professional and services related environment
  • 1+ years of agile methodology or development experience highly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working remotely
  • Proficiency in workflow automation logic
  • ZohoOne exposure/experience, Creator, CRM, Analytics preferred
  • HubSpot exposure/experience preferred
  • Experience with managing and creating API calls using various tools including Zapier
  • Experience working with small dynamic and agile teams
  • Coding architecture experience
  • Excellent ability to remain organized and handle multiple tasks and projects, prioritize, be independent, manage time effectively, high attention to detail, and be a self-starter

Education:

  • Educated in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar field preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, sitting, and walking. A moderate level of bending and lifting may be required up to 25 pounds.

Technical Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience programming as a back-end developer (full-stack experience is a plus)
  • 2+ years experience with either Javascript or Python
  • 2+ years of SQL Experience
  • Experience with Zoho Deluge preferred
  • Experience writing test cases and/or with automated testing
  • Ability to provide technical architectural insight when working with team members or users
  • Familiarity using Mac OS platforms and Internet/PC proficient
  • Proficiency with CRM systems including Zoho
  • Demonstrated experience with high efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail, and Calendar experience
  • Experience with telephone systems and conference calling
