Jade Giesen is the Vice President of the BPO Success team at Outsource Consultants, bringing over 25 years of BPO expertise, including six years managing call center vendors for Best Buy. She expertly facilitates partnerships between clients and outsource call centers to boost CX, performance, and ROI.
At Outsource Consultants, Jade strategically manages global BPO partner relationships, focusing on performance, retention, and growth. She advises clients on all BPO matters, oversees KPI analysis for actionable insights, and leads monthly client-partner reviews for strategic decisions. She builds strong relationships with BPO leaders through regular engagement and acts as a key liaison between partners and internal teams. Jade leads strategic account management to help clients scale effectively and optimize call center performance. She also supports process improvement and represents the company at industry events, always maintaining a client-first approach with strong responsiveness and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys traveling, gardening, golfing with her husband, and supporting her children’s college activities.
