Position Description:

Outsource Consultants is a call center referral and advisory firm that helps companies find the best domestic US based call center or Global BPO outsourcing solution.

Shaking on an important business dealOutsource Consultants provides this service to help companies with their call center outsourcing initiatives. Our consultative approach allows us to identify a call center that is best aligned with our client’s goals and objectives. Our consulting team is available to help manage outsourced and/or in-house contact center needs. Our nearly 20 years of outsourcing industry experience allows us to identify and implement solutions that help organizations deliver results and gain efficiencies.

The Outsource Consultants Affiliate Sales Partner is a dynamic and entrepreneurial executive; a sales professional responsible for establishing new business, developing current business relationships, and achieving company financial objectives. The Outsource Consultants Affiliate Sales Partner is provided with all the necessary tools to succeed in his/her role, including access to leads, CRM, and support materials.

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Business Development of new clients
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Create and maintain a sales penetration and account plan
  • Strong pipeline management and ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close sales with a consultative approach
  • Contractual processes and negotiation and project management
  • Maintain and track service level commitments for existing services contracts

Education, Skills, & Experience: 

  • Three (3) years plus business development experience with a business services organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long term client relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work at the C-level in client organizations
  • Leadership qualities: self-motivated, self-starter, outcome and results-driven, able to manage work processes/flows, strong management and operational skills
  • Experience in IT application outsourcing, business process outsourcing, off and on-shoring and staff supplementation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency with CRM a plus

Outsource Consultants is a sales focused organization providing our team with the tools to be highly successful. In that spirit, the position is 100% commission and we offer a commission structure that allows you to earn a strong income, as well as a steady ongoing income through ongoing commissions for the life of the contract.
